YOMI NFT owners have verifiable digital ownership and full commercial rights to the artwork of the NFT that they own. We will never alter or change this. We want the community to use the NFTs however they see fit within the scope of use that they were intended for. Owners can therefore use their NFT any way they choose for their business needs, at their own discretion as long as it is to facilitate legal activities and productions.

All transactions are final and Rogue Studios does not guarantee profit or economic value from the use and sale of our NFTs. Rogue Studios does not condone, permit or take responsibility for the usage of the NFTs for any activity illegal or otherwise outside of their intended use. None of the NFTs or $YOMI are intended as tools for investment and users are discouraged from using them as such.

Please note that due to the ever-changing nature of NFT markets Rogue Studios does not guarantee the value of the NFTs sold as future developments may alter their worth in this field. The $YOMI token is only used to facilitate the staking system for the YOMI NFTs. It is not an investment token and holds no economic value.

Limitations and Liability In Progress

Rogue Studios provides SaaS solely as a tool for businesses and individuals to utilize in their daily function. The use of the NFTs, SaaS products, subsequent outcomes from their use and problems regarding misuse of them are the sole responsibility of the buyer and Rogue Studios will not take any liability from any damages, forseen or otherwise. Rogue studios will hold buyers to their contracts upon purchasing and any buyer who sells their NFT does so knowing that Rogue Studios is no longer under contract with them in relation to that product, and that the agreement does not transfer over to the new purchaser. Limitations of Liability. ROGUE STUDIOS SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY DESCRIPTION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF REVENUE OR LOST PROFITS, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OTHER TORT, OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER SELLER HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, AS APPLICABLE, SOLD TO BUYER, EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY BUYER FOR THE PRODUCTS UNDER THE APPLICABLE QUOTE PURSUANT TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES
